Great product. Haven’t been using it long but feel more energized and sleeping better

When I'm feeling sluggish and kind of tired/unmotivated in the morning, my shake perks me right up. It gives me energy to get to lunch time and also makes me feel alert, focussed and motivated. It's light on the stomach too. Love it.
By far one of the best quality creatine available in Canada, only after a few weeks I can feel the extra boost in my workout. The pills are much more convenient to take while on the go & traveling💪 Highly recommend
My rating itself wud be closer to 4.5 but there's no half stars...the product itself is great and smooth to taste as the label suggests...easy on digestion as well...honestly I dont have any complaints so far except for the fact my go to flavour (orange creamsicle) is now m.i.a. and i wanna know why...ive been buying that flavour for a while and all of a sudden its gone...bring it back please!! Even if its just for me ill keep ordering that flavour...im not a fan of chocolate

Great product. Whenever I'm stuck not burning fat, I can count on Blade to get my body fat rolling off. I have lost about 1% body fat per week (at 237 lbs, and 15.5% when I started. Now at 12.4). Same workout, no change in diet. If you're stuck, or if you just want to move forward, you know what to do.
I used to just go to the gym after waking up but now I wait an extra 20 minutes just to take this shake and my pumps feel better. My workout is better and I feel less hungry before lunch.
I’m really impressed by the way this helps me with my sleep not that it puts me to sleep or anything like that but it definitely makes the quality of my sleep better. I would recommend this for sure.

Being over 50 it's important to me to maintain muscle mass and good health so I've been investing in the great products here.
My most recent purchase, however, was a disappointment as this came in a BAG instead of the plastic container.
Not sure if they are trying to cut back on plastic but the twist-top canister was 100X better!
I tried using the bag earnestly but the closing zipper never really closed properly no matter how much I cleaned it - so I had to transfer it all to my Shake One canister and remove the label.
Otherwise, a great source of protein!

Love the Tahitian vanilla. Mixes effortlessly and is my absolute go to when making ice cream with my ninja creamy!! I've used this to make egg white omelettes to bump up my protein and banana cookies etc and it's a hit every time!!

After trying several protein, I have to say this is the best I've tried. My stomach doesn't feel heavy, I feel much more energetic, and those 30g of protein are incredible! I truly recommend this product!!!
First, the taste of triple chocolate and vanilla are superb. The creamsicle is also great, has a slight lemon flavour and i mix 1/2 and 1/2 with vanilla. I love that it completely dissolves in just water and zero chunky or gritty feel. Absolutely recommend.
