More than just a fat burner. I only take one or two a day, usually in the morning and then around 4 pm. The most beneficial effect is that it eliminates "brain fog" and enables me to think and speak far more clearly. What I mean by that is that it somehow magnifies my ability to remember details, reason logically, interact socially with others as well as to motivate me to complete or start tasks in front of me. In my case, there is a dramatic improvement in overall brain function. If it helps increase my metabolism - fine. But the real value to me is improved brain function. With that said, I do do drink four cups of coffee during the day, but coffee alone does not offer the benefits of Blade. Worth every penny!

Wonderful product which really helps control irregular sleep. Waking up feeling rested feels great. Just wondering about the odour though from these capsules, when you open the jar you are hit with a foul smell (smells like manure). I hope it’s just the combination of involved capsule components.

As for the smell, you nailed it - that “funky” odour comes from valerian root, one of the key ingredients in Blade PM™. Valerian is a natural herb well-known for its sleep-supporting properties, but the fresher it is, the stronger (and less pleasant) the smell can be. It’s completely normal and actually a good sign of potency - though we admit it’s not the most fragrant herb out there!

Like most supplements, the results are not immediate. After one week, I really started to notice a difference in my energy and my gains at the gym. I especially noticed it when I stopped taking it, I’m so have been keeping up with my orders for it.

I find this easier to keep in a routine than a powder and I have had great results. Recovery improved a little when i was taking a half dose and dramatically when i went up to a full dose (after a couple weeks)
