Not sure how this product doesn’t have so many more reviews. This product has Creapure which is the purest form of creatine plus it has electrolytes. I’ve been using this stuff for years and the results are undeniable.

Typically, I would work out on an empty stomach, but I’ve started having shake one for breakfast..
I find that I don’t get fatigued as quickly, and my muscles are feeling much fuller.
As far as flavours go
Cappuccino > cold brew > double chocolate
I haven’t tried French vanilla .. but the double chocolate was my least favourite a little bit hard to drink whereas cappuccino and cold brew taste delicious and I look forward to it
