Before and After photos must include a newspaper with the day’s date on it. Download these example images and replicate them as closely as possible.

Both your Before and After photos are submitted at the same time and must be submitted by December 24, 2023, 11:59pm ET.

A panel of judges at Blue Star Nutraceuticals will evaluate all submissions and determine the winner to be the contestant who made the most dramatic overall change to their body shape and composition. See Section 4 of Official Rules for more information.

Winners will be notified by email on or before January 7, 2024.
